These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the cv333 platform and all services operated under it. When you register, log in, or use any service on cv333, you are considered to have automatically agreed to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the platform.

cv333 offers various bonuses and rewards to its registered members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳2,000.
• Another example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum ৳20,000 bonus — total balance will be ৳62,000.
• To withdraw bonus winnings, a wagering requirement applies: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus).
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = you must place a total of ৳10,000 in wagers before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time after receiving the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.2 VIP Cashback

• cv333's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
• Bronze tier receives up to 0.4% weekly cashback, Silver 0.8%, Gold 1.1%, and Platinum 1.5% weekly cashback.
• The criteria for moving to a higher tier depend on consistency of play.

5.3 General Bonus Guidelines

• A bonus offer applies only once per person (one mobile number, one device, one IP address).
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash; they may only be used for wagering.
• cv333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the relevant bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Once a bet is confirmed it cannot be changed or cancelled, except in cases of technical error.
• cv333 reserves the right to void bets placed on odds or results that were displayed incorrectly due to a technical fault.
• If a game or event is cancelled or suspended mid-way, it will be settled in accordance with cv333's own policy.
• Placing contradictory bets on the same event ("arb betting") is prohibited.
• Placing bets through software or automated systems is strictly prohibited.
• Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which ensures fair play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on cv333 and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal purpose.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage. If such a vulnerability is found, reporting it to support is mandatory.
• Opening multiple accounts using false information.
• Using a fake identity to obtain bonuses.
• Intentionally deceiving another user in any transaction.

cv333 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Detection of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to provide information or documents requested for verification within the specified time.
• At the direction of a court, regulatory body, or legal authority.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting support. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before closure.
